C.H.A.N.G.E. and ST. ANNE’S
In early 2003, the Winston-Salem organizing committee for the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF), became the community organization C.H.A.N.G.E. (Communities Helping All Neighbors Gain Empowerment). At the 2004 Founding Convention, St. Anne's was recognized as a charter member of CHANGE. Clergy and parishioners from St. Anne's have demonstrated strong involvement in CHANGE'S Delegates' Assemblies, relationship-building meetings with community leaders such as the mayor and the superintendent of schools, the Neighborhood Audit, the School Audit, Action Teams, and Get-Out-the-Vote Campaigns.
